Returns are offered for up to 14 days once received however, return postage is to be paid by the customer. For incorrect items or damages please contact me via the form below to resolve any issues.

processing & shipping:

All items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail. Processing time is 2-5 business days.

Estimated delivery times for tracked postage are below:

• UK: 1-2 days

• EU: 3-5 days

• Rest of world: 5-7 weeks

• Delivery times are only estimates, please expect delays due to customs processing.

• Customs/import duties for your country are not included in our prices. You are responsible for paying these in accordance to your local laws.

commissions

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission requests.

• Commission designs are intended for private use only, there is an additional fee for the right to use your commission for commercial purposes.

• I retain the rights to the design for my own purposes too unless it contains IP of yours such as an original character design.

• Commissions generally take 3-5 weeks to complete. This does not include delivery.

• Payment is to be made in full including postage after completion of a concept sketch and before colouring.

• Refunds are not accepted only if I am unable to meet the timeframe agreed.

• You may message me at any point for an update on progress with pictures.

• I will try to accommodate any changes requested to the concept, however due to the nature of traditional mediums this may not be possible. Please let me know immediately if you would like changes. If complexity increases you will need to pay too.

• I will update you with any potential delays.
